I'm not a doctor.
I'm proof.

At 28, I was quietly falling apart. Chronic illness. Mental health on the floor. A complicated relationship with alcohol that I couldn't seem to break no matter how many therapists, programmes, or clean-eating plans I tried.

I'd done everything right on paper. Career, ambition, the external markers of success. But my body and mind were exhausted in a way no one around me could see.

Carnivore changed everything. Not a trend I stumbled on — a complete rewiring of how I felt, thought, and functioned. By 33, I was a different person.

I coach because I know what it's like to have tried everything else. And I know what it feels like when something finally works.
